This screeshot shows Untitiled - Data Set page. The top of the page has forward, backward, edit icon, and Create Project button. Then there is a dataflow with three icons: demo, filter and upload.  Under the dataflow, there is a Name textbox and Add, Cancel button. 
The center body of the page displays the default database which is being selected.
