This image shows the Network page in the Compute Classic Service Console.
There are tabs on the top for Instances, Network (selected), Storage, Orchestration, and Images.
There is a Visualization button.

The Shared Network > Security Rules drop-down menu is collapsed.

There is a Summary area with metrics.

There are buttons for Category: Personal, Show: All, and Create Security Rule, which is surrounded by a red border.
 
The grid has 3 rows, and columns for Name, Status, Security Application, Source, and Destination.
