This image shows the Edit Configuration page of the Employees deployment configuration. 

The Application Name field shows Employees as their value.
The Deployment Target field is set to your identity domain and user credentials.
The ACCS Properties shows that Runtime option is set to Java and the Subscription option is set to Hourly. 
The Configuration Name field is set to Employees.
The Type field is highlighted and is set to Automatic.
The Job field is set to the employees-app-build job.
The Artifact list is set to  employees-app/target/employees-app-1.0-SNAPSHOT-dist.zip.

On the top-right corner, the Save and Cancel buttons are available. The Save button is highlighted.
