My Services page has a section  called Cloud Services that displays a tile for active cloud services. The tile with the label, "Idenitity Cloud" is the tile dedicated to Oracle Idenity Cloud Service. The "Identity Cloud"  tile displays "Instance 1", which means that there is one service instance created with this service.

The application menu for the "Identity Cloud" tile has been clicked and another menu is open which displays two options: "View Details" and "View Account Usage Details". The "View Details" option is highlighted, suggesting that you should click it.
