This image shows the "Services" page for "Data Integration Platform Cloud" with the user, "Laleh" that has a "User" role, logged in.

Laleh can't do anything through this Services page because the "Create Service" button is grayed out; so she can't create any services. There are no services listed in the Services section. (If Laleh had the proper rights,  "DIPC123" would have been displayed, because we know that service exists.) So if there were services listed, then Laleh could click and see their details, but she can't.

There is also another page called "SSH Access" that the "DomainAdmin" could see, and that one, is not displayed here either. So Laleh has no "Service Level" rights.
