This illustration shows the Publish Application dialog. 

In the top-left corner of the dialog is the "Publish Application" title. In the top-right corner is the Help icon.

In the bottom-right corner are the Publish and Cancel buttons. The main part of the dialog is broken into four sections.

Each section is represented as a box with a blue title bar.

The top-left section, titled "Changes," contains a list of all the changes made to the application, displayed top to bottom.

To the right of that section are the Artifacts and Other Options sections displayed one on top of the other.

The Artifacts section contains the number of artifacts within the application. The labels are: Modified, New, and Deleted. Next to each label is the number of artifacts. 

The Other Options section has a Make snapshot check box. Below the check box is a free-form text field to enter the name of a snapshot. 

Below those sections is the Comment section with a free-form text field that has this value: Create Travel Request Application and Travel Request Process.
