This illustration shows the Implementation pane and the Create New Web Form dialog for the Submit Travel Request start event. 

At the top of the pane are the breadcrumbs for the process. 

Below that is the label, "How will the end user identify the process?" 

Below the label, top to bottom, are the Title and Description free-form text fields. 

Below that is the label, "What information do you need to start the process?" 

Below that is the Form field. To the right of the Form field are the following buttons: Search, Delete (inactive), Add (selected), and Edit (inactive). 

At the right edge of the Implementation pane is the Create New Web Form dialog. 

The title, "Create New Web Form," is displayed in the top-left corner, with the Help and X buttons in the top-right corner.
