This illustration shows the Web Form Designer. 

The Web Form Designer has three sections. The left section is the Properties pane, the middle section is the canvas for designing your form, and the right section is the Basic Palette.

The Properties pane displays the following properties: Form tab (selected), Presentation tab, Name field, and Description field. 

The Basic Palette displays the following controls: Input text, Text Area, Button, Select, Checklist, and Checkbox. 

The top of the form canvas displays (from left to right) the presentation drop-down (Main (Default)is selected), the help icon, the Preview button, and the Undo and Redo icons.
