This illustration shows the dialog that is displayed in the Patch and Roll Back History area of the Administration tile after you click the Roll Back button. It shows the details of the current patch and the patch that would be after the roll back. It provides an area to enter notes that are displayed in Patch and Rollback History. The dialog has a Roll Back button to proceed on to roll back and a Cancel button to not to roll back at this time.
