This screen lists the Installed on Peers and Instantiated on Channels tabs on the left-side of the page. The Instantiated on Channels tab is highlighted in blue to indicate that it's the page you're viewing. 

The right-side of the page displays the Channel label with the number one above it. This count indicates that the table below it lists one channel.

Below the box is a table with one column: Channel Name. There is one row in the table and it displays the channel name "default." This channel name is a blue link that you can click to get more information about the channel.
