This screen lists two tabs on the left-side of the page: Installed on Peers and Installed on Channels. The Installed on Peers tab is highlighted in blue to indicate that it's the page you're viewing.

The right-side of the page displays the Peers label with the number two above it. This count indicates that the table below it lists two peers.

Below the box is a table with two columns: Peer ID and Chaincode Log. One row shows peer0-1 and the other row shows peer0-2. These peer names are blue links that you can click to navigate to for more information about the peer nodes. Each listed peer has a corresponding log link that you can click to see the peer's chaincode log information.
