This illustration shows the Implementation pane and Create New Web Form dialog box for the Submit Travel Request start event. 

In the left navigation pane are the: Documentation, Business Properties, Implementation (selected), and Validation tabs.

To the right of the left nav is the Implementation pane.

At the top are the breadcrumbs to the Submit Travel Request start event.

Below that is the label, "How will the end user identity the process?" 

Below the label, top to bottom, are the Title and Description free-form text fields.

In the bottom right corner of the Implementation pane is the Create New Web Form dialog box. 

The title, "Create New Web Form" is displayed in the top left corner, with the Help and X button in the top right.

The dialog box contains the Name free-form text field and below that to the left is the Open Immediately option, to the right is the Create button.
