This illustration shows the top portion of the Web Form Designer. 

The Web Form Designer has two sections. The left section is the Palette, the right section is the body of the form.

The Palette has two columns of controls. The left column displays the following controls: Dropdown, Radio, Checkbox, Section, and Repeat. 

The right column displays: TextArea, Date, Email, and Money. 

On the top of the body of the form is the title of the web form (TravelRequestForm) in a gray bar. 

Below the title is a print icon. Below the print icon is the actual body of the form which shows the Text control being dragged and dropped on to it.
