This illustration shows the Properties editor in the Web Form Designer.

The Properties editor has two tabs: Settings (selected) and Style. 

The Settings tab displays the following free-form text fields, listed top to bottom: Label (with a value of Purpose of Travel), Control Type (drop-down list with a value of Radio), Name (with a value of PurposeOfTravel), Hint, Help, Options (with the values of Customer Visit=Customer Visit, Conference=Conference, Training=Training), Comment (option), # Rows (with a value of 1), Decorator (drop-down list with a value of Default), and Placeholder. 

Below Placeholder are the following options, displayed in two columns. The left column has Required, Printable (selected), and Hide Label. The right column has Visible (selected), Enabled (selected), and Sensitive.
