This illustration shows the Properties editor in the Web Form Designer.

The Properties editor has two tabs: Settings and Style (selected). 

The Style tab displays the following fields, listed top to bottom: Width, Item Width (with a value of 32%), BG Color and Label Color(blank free-form text fields), and Label Size (blank drop-down list). 

Below the fields are four options: Bold, Hide Item Labels, in the left column. In the right column are Italic and New Line.
