This illustration shows the Properties editor in the Web Form Designer.

The Properties editor has two tabs: Settings (selected) and Style. 

The Settings tab displays the following free-form text fields, listed top to bottom: Label (with a value of Expense),  Name (with a value of Expense Type), Hint, Help, Min # (with a value of 2), and Max # (with a value of 5)
