This illustration shows a portion of the Add Snapshots dialog box. 

At the top left is the title of the dialog box and to the right of it are the Help and X icons. 

Below the title, to the right are the Add (selected) and Delete (inactive) buttons. 

Below the buttons is the Snapshots table with two columns (Name and Created), and one row listing the Initial Travel Request Application snapshot. 

Below the Snapshots table is help text and at the bottom right is the OK button.

The right side of the table is covered by the Add pop-up. 

The Add pop-up contains the Name and Description free-form text fields, both the values in them, and in the bottom right is the Add button.
