This illustration shows the "Incorrect values entered" dialog box. It states the following conditions:
* Enter an Instance name using the following conventions. The first eight characters are used for the domain name and cluster name.
-) Starts with a letter.
-) Contains a maximum of 30 characters.
-) Contains letters, numbers, and hyphens, but no other special characters.
-) Does not include a hyphen in the first eight characters.

* Could not connect to Oracle Storage Cloud Service using given user name and password

* Could not connect to DBAAS Service using the given user name and password.
Verify that the user name and password are correct and the user name has SYSDBA privileges.

* VM Access Key is required. Select a VM Access Key name of the file that contains the VM Access Key for the service.
