This screenshot shows the General tab of the Foreign Key Properties dialog. In the Associated Columns section, the DEPARTMENT_ID column is selected for Referenced Column, DEPARTMENTS_DEPARTMENT_ID is selected for Column, and the Mandatory checkbox is enabled.
There are buttons for OK, Apply, Cancel, and Help.
