The New Project window is open with the following details. 
In the left pane, Installed is expanded, within which Templates is expanded, within which Visual C# is expanded, within which Windows is selected. 
In the center Pane, Console Application is selected. 
The Name is given as plsqldebugobe.
The OK button is clicked.
