The Options windows is open with the following details. 
In the left pane, Oracle Developers Tools is expanded, within which PL/SQL Debugging is selected. 
In the center pane, the following details are selected. 
IP Address is 10.232.147.133. 
Starting Port Number is 65000. 
Ending Port Number is 65535. 
Database Connections is HR.ORCL.
The OK button is clicked.
