The left pane of the New XHTML wizard displays the second step, Name and Location. 
The right pane provides fields to enter or select the XHTML file name, project, location, folder, and created file. 
Index appears in the XHTML File Name field, Web Pages appears in the Location field, and the Finish button is selected at the bottom of the page.
The Browse Folders dialog box displays the Folders tree, the Web Pages and Source Packages folders are expanded, and the Web Pages folder is selected. 
At the bottom of the dialog box, the Select Folder button is selected.
