This illustration shows the Environment Variables dialog box. There are two groups, one for user variables and another for system variables.
In the system variables group, M2, M2_HOME, and MAVEN_OPTS are bordered in red. 
At the bottom of the dialog box, the New button and the OK button are also bordered in red.
