This illustration shows the New JSF Managed Bean wizard.
The left pane displays the second step, Name and Location. 
The right pane provides fields to enter or select class name, project, location, package, configuration file, name, and scope. 
IndexBean appears in the Class Name field, com.example appears in the Package field, and request appears in the Scope field.
At the bottom of the page, the Finish button is selected.
