The left pane displays the third step, Domain Name/Location. 

The right pane displays values in the following fields:
Domain field: domain1 
Host field: localhost 
DAS Port field: 4848 
HTTP Port field: 8080

The Target, User Name, and Password fields are blank. The Loopback check box is selected. The “Use default ports” check box is deselected.

At the bottom of the page, the Finish button is highlighted.
