Adding a Level of Effort Activity

Add a Level of Effort activity to the project.

In the Activity Table, select a WBS element, BLDG - Adding Activities.

On the Edit toolbar, click the Add icon.

In the Activity ID column, type <BA-ADMIN>.

In the Activity Name column, type <Project Administration>.

In the Activity Type list, select Level of Effort.

Click the desired object.

Enter the desired information into the field. Enter

a valid value
