Create/Update Option for Field Mapping Template

Primavera Gateway 1.1 includes the flexibility to use field mapping templates for synchronization on new objects, update objects, or both.

For example, importing to P6, you want dates for new activities but do not want dates to change for existing activities. To accomplish this, set the mapping synchronization to Create. This applies the mapping synchronization to new activities.

This feature is available in all business flow types.

To access this feature: Navigate to the Flow Type menu and select any business flow type. In the Add Business Flow wizard, options are listed in the Applied For column for each field mapping.
