Contract Management Exchange Enhancements

Contract Management Exchange now supports scheduled import/export of multiple XML files. The application provides setup tabs where you can enter an FTP location and specify the frequency for running the import/export. The import process supports the following information:

• Projects
• Cost codes
• Contracts
• Payment requisitions
• Change orders

Following import, the export process supports:

• Change orders
• Payment requisitions

The new scheduled import/export processes provide multiple XML file exchange across all Group Databases to which you have access.
