Assign Multiple Responsible Managers to a User

P6 8.4 allows you to assign multiple Responsible Manager positions to one user simultaneously. In the Select Responsible Manager dialog box, select OBS nodes. The user will become the Responsible Manager of projects assigned to those nodes.

To access this feature:

Open the User Access page on the Administer menu. On the Project Access tab of the Users page, click Add.
