View Project Users

P6 8.4 allows you to view users working in a specific project. A Users button has been added to the Open Projects dialog box, which enables you to view users logged into a project and e-mail one or all of the users.

To access this feature:

Select one or more Available Projects in the Open Projects dialog box. Click Users.
