Tracking Project Costs

Assign Cost Breakdown Structure codes to scope assignments in work packages to track costs. Planned, actuals, estimate to complete, baseline, pending changes, approved changes and current cost values from these assignments are rolled up to the project level and displayed on the Cost Sheet.

The Cost Sheet is accessed from the Financial menu. Its columns can be configured to show a variety of cost values, including baseline costs and approved/pending change costs. Click on a cost value to view details of the scope assignments and their individual costs associated with the CBS code.
