Creating Product/Project/Plant Breakdown Structure

The Product/Project/Plant Breakdown Structure is a hierarchical structure created early in the project life cycle that captures what is to be built. The PBS is used to organize scope items -- the materials -- needed to complete the project.

The PBS can be entered manually or imported via an import template.  Add scope items to PBS nodes after the structure is created. An unlimited amount of nodes can be created.
