Primavera P6 Team Member for iOS 2.0

  

Primavera P6 Team Member for iOS 2.0 enables you to update the status of assigned tasks and communicate with team members and your project manager. The app displays tasks to which you are assigned as a resource or activity owner. Additional tasks may be displayed based on a user filter created by your project manager in P6.

  

Please note that the P6 Team Member app also is available for devices using the Android mobile operating system.

  


 

Use the App menu to apply status filters (Active, Due, Overdue, Starred, Completed) to the task list. You can also choose to work offline, access help content, and modify display settings.

 

Tasks list displays tasks based on the status filter. Search for tasks by text and select a time frame for the task list, such as Today, Tomorrow, and This Week.

  

Progress indicators display progress with color shading and a percent complete value for all tasks, except milestones. A green graphic indicates the finish date for the task has not been reached; a red graphic indicates the task is overdue.

  

Padlock indicates the project is locked. Tasks cannot be updated until the project lock is released.

  

Diamond indicates the task is a start or finish milestone. The milestone is red when the scheduled date has been reached and the milestone is overdue.

   

Detail area displays the name, ID, start and finish date, WBS, and progress for each task. Communicate with team members using the e-mail and discussion features. A number on the Discussion icon indicates the number of unread messages. Star a task to indicate its importance. Update progress on a task and view and/or assign codes and user-defined fields (UDFs).
