Use the lead conversion probability reports on the Insights page to evaluate the performance of adaptive intelligent models in predicting lead conversion. View the reports to know whether the predicted lead scores are being shown to your salespeople, how accurate they are, and how your salespeople are engaging with leads that have high scores.
