Feature Summary

Column Definitions:

Features Delivered Enabled

Report = New or modified, Oracle-delivered, ready to run reports.

UI or Process-Based: Small Scale = These UI or process-based features are typically comprised of minor field, validation, or program changes. Therefore, the potential impact to users is minimal.

UI or Process-Based: Larger Scale* = These UI or process-based features have more complex designs. Therefore, the potential impact to users is higher.

Features Delivered Disabled = Action is needed BEFORE these features can be used by END USERS. These features are delivered disabled and you choose if and when to enable them. For example, a) new or expanded BI subject areas need to first be incorporated into reports, b) Integration is required to utilize new web services, or c) features must be assigned to user roles before they can be accessed.

Ready for Use by End Users
(Features Delivered Enabled)

Reports plus Small Scale UI or Process-Based new features will have minimal user impact after an update. Therefore, customer acceptance testing should focus on the Larger Scale UI or Process-Based* new features.

Action is Needed BEFORE Use by End Users
(Features Delivered Disabled)

Not disruptive as action is required to make these features ready to use. As you selectively choose to leverage, you set your test and roll out timing.

Use AI Lead Score to Prioritize Your Sales Leads

Sales

Oracle Adaptive Intelligent Apps for Customer Experience provides guidance for salespeople to increase their win rates with data-driven pipeline management and recommendations for the next best sales action. Salespeople benefit from advanced machine-learning techniques to optimize customer engagement. You must integrate with Oracle Engagement Cloud to use these features.

Use AI Lead Score to Prioritize Your Sales Leads

You can use Oracle Adaptive Intelligent (AI) lead score to indicate lead conversion probability, that is, the probability of a sales lead being turned into an opportunity. Lead scores are numeric values typically ranging from 1 to 100, in which a high value represents a high conversion probability.

Utilizing Oracle Adaptive Intelligent Apps for Sales, the AI Lead Score lets you use your time productively by prioritizing and focusing on those leads that are more likely to get converted to opportunities.

Steps to Enable

  1. Subscribe to Oracle Adaptive Intelligent Apps for Customer Experience.
  2. Set the AI Update Who Columns Threshold (ORA_ZCA_AI_UPDATE_WHO_THRESHOLD) profile option to specify the percentage threshold value that tracks the AI Lead Score field for leads. The profile option is set to 5 percent by default.
  3. Add the AI Lead Score field on the Leads landing page and detail page layouts as needed, using Application Composer.

Tips And Considerations

You can change the threshold default value from 5 to a percentage threshold value that suits your business requirements. For example, you can specify that if the lead score increases by more than 10 percentage points, then alert your salespeople, so that they can focus on those leads that are more likely to get converted.
