Incident Reference List for an Answer

A new section called “linked incidents will be displayed within an accordion on the answer view page listing incidents that an article is attached to.

Answers Viewed in Last 24 Hours

The feature provides a new icon that helps Agents identify the answers viewed by the contact on customer portal in last 24 hours. 

Short Cuts on Answer Detail Page

Now short cut keys are supported on answer detail page.

Search Facets

Agents can refine search results using facets.

Workspaces

Incident File Attachment Handling

Files can now be attached to an incident using drag and drop and multiple files can be downloaded from an incident using Chrome and Firefox.
