Additional Self-service Activity Configurations
When setting up a custom activity, you have additional configurations available, including:
- Negative Redeemable Points – allowing to deduct from a member’s redeemable point balance
- Negative Total Points – allowing to deduct from a member’s point balance)
- Tier Exclusion – excluding the activity from counting towards a member’s tier progression
Activity & Reward List Widget UI Improvements
When adding activities and rewards to corresponding activity and reward list widgets, you will now be able to view additional context, such as the internal activity names and the activity/reward IDs when selecting activities & rewards in dropdown menus on the Widgets page.
Commerce: Points Per SKU Management
For loyalty programs that award static point values/SKU for transactions, you can now upload and manage the SKUs and corresponding point values on the Commerce page from the Control Center.
