Column Definitions:
Report = New or modified, Oracle-delivered, ready to run reports.
UI or Process-Based: Small Scale = These UI or process-based features are typically comprised of minor field, validation, or program changes. Therefore, the potential impact to users is minimal.
UI or Process-Based: Larger Scale* = These UI or process-based features have more complex designs. Therefore, the potential impact to users is higher.
Features Delivered Disabled = Action is needed BEFORE these features can be used by END USERS. These features are delivered disabled and you choose if and when to enable them. For example, a) new or expanded BI subject areas need to first be incorporated into reports, b) Integration is required to utilize new web services, or c) features must be assigned to user roles before they can be accessed.
Ready for Use by End Users Reports plus Small Scale UI or Process-Based new features will have minimal user impact after an update. Therefore, customer acceptance testing should focus on the Larger Scale UI or Process-Based* new features. |
Customer Must Take Action before Use by End Users Not disruptive as action is required to make these features ready to use. As you selectively choose to leverage, you set your test and roll out timing. |

CrowdTwist Loyalty and Engagement
Securely Pass User ID in Activity URLs
When you create custom activities in the Control Center, you can link members to an external system while securely passing a user identifier. In the Link field, you will be able to include the token %encrypted_userid%. When rendered for the member, this token will be replaced by their CrowdTwist Encrypted User ID. With this, the resolving platform will be able to decrypt the value and have a member identifier.
You can now securely pass the member's ID to a resolving external partner page.
Steps to Enable
You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
Key Resources
You can now view pages that contain long ID numbers clearly. Order, receipt, and store IDs that are too long to be displayed properly on the page are shortened. You can view the full value by hovering your mouse over the ID.

Real-time Segmentation User Interface Enhancements
We've made three updates to the real-time segmentation creation user interface:
- You can now view the full value text in the drop-down on new segment rules.
- The value field does not revert to the top option if the rule operator is changed.
- The default rule is now "Country".
These changes make it easier for you to create real-time segments.
