Column Definitions:
Report = New or modified, Oracle-delivered, ready to run reports.
UI or Process-Based: Small Scale = These UI or process-based features are typically comprised of minor field, validation, or program changes. Therefore, the potential impact to users is minimal.
UI or Process-Based: Larger Scale* = These UI or process-based features have more complex designs. Therefore, the potential impact to users is higher.
Features Delivered Disabled = Action is needed BEFORE these features can be used by END USERS. These features are delivered disabled and you choose if and when to enable them. For example, a) new or expanded BI subject areas need to first be incorporated into reports, b) Integration is required to utilize new web services, or c) features must be assigned to user roles before they can be accessed.
Ready for Use by End Users Reports plus Small Scale UI or Process-Based new features will have minimal user impact after an update. Therefore, customer acceptance testing should focus on the Larger Scale UI or Process-Based* new features. |
Customer Must Take Action before Use by End Users Not disruptive as action is required to make these features ready to use. As you selectively choose to leverage, you set your test and roll out timing. |

CrowdTwist Loyalty and Engagement

You can now specify custom data for your members based on their member profiles using the Control center.
Custom Attributes example
Once added, you will have easy access to these attributes in real-time segmentation along with the other profile attributes.
Steps to Enable
You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
Tips And Considerations
You can create attributes and associate them to your members by adding the following:
Display Name This is a user friendly name for each custom attribute (this can be edited).
Attribute Name This is the internal name. (This cannot be changed once it is set).
Description This is the description of the member’s custom attribute.
Data Type This is the data type of the custom attribute. (This cannot be changed once it is set).
When you add an attribute, you will see it in the Real-time segmentation attribute list along with your existing profile attributes.
Key Resources
Real-Time Segmentation with Member Custom Data
Now, once you have defined custom data for your member profiles, you can also segment based on that custom data.
Select a Segment for a specific reward
The segments you create with the Real-time Loyalty Engine can be used with different CrowdTwist features to personalize your loyalty member experience.
Steps to Enable
You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
Tips And Considerations
Operations on both profile-based and member custom data attributes will depend on the data type of the attribute.
- For profile attributes, the data type is set internally based on the attribute.
- For member custom data, the data type is determined by Control center selections in the self service tool for the custom data.
Key Resources
Role Information
The following permissions are required for Control Center users to create real-time segments:
- Write permissions for Segmentation
- Read permissions (or greater) for Limits
Improved scaling makes our batch push process more reliable.
Data can be pushed from the CrowdTwist platform via daily batch file export to an SFTP location. By default, this is enabled and exported to the CrowdTwist SFTP. It can be sent to multiple downstream systems, supporting integrations with multiple parts of the marketing stack such as CX Audience.
Steps to Enable
You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
You can now set an alert to be automatically notified when inventory is low for your Coupon and Standard rewards. Alerts can be set at program level or individual reward level.
Alerts: Low Reward Quantity
This allows you to better manage your regular and automatic reward inventory by being notified when your rewards are running low.
Steps to Enable
You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
Tips And Considerations
- You can specify up to ten email addresses to receive an automatic alert when rewards get below the threshold you set.
- You can set program-level alerts to specify a blanket threshold for quantity of all rewards in the platform, and set a threshold on a per-reward basis.
- You can also turn ON/OFF alerts by reward, even if alerts are set at the Program level.
Key Resources
Role Information
Assign the Alerts permission to CrowdTwist users who will set/unset values for Inventory threshold.
