Access Oracle Support Within the Oracle DataFox Application
Access the My Oracle Support website from the Oracle DataFox application. Click your user name, and then click My Oracle Support.
Limited Manual Import of Lists or Conference Requests
You receive a warning when you're about to reach your monthly request limit on manual import of lists or conference requests.
View Additional Bulk Sync History Details
Get more information on the history of your bulk syncs. Access the Bulk Sync History section on the Settings page to view details such as the status of the sync and the time when the sync completed.
