Integrations with Oracle Engagement Cloud
Smart Talking Points in Oracle Engagement Cloud
Engage in productive conversations with your prospects and customers using the Smart Talking Points feature in Oracle Engagement Cloud. Use news signals to have relevant business discussions and identify potential opportunities. Use account scores to understand why certain accounts are a good fit.
View Accounts Synced to Oracle Engagement Cloud on Companies Tab
You can now view whether your accounts are synced or not synced to Oracle Engagement Cloud on the Company Search page.
You can now view the status and history of your account syncs in the Bulk Sync History section in Oracle DataFox.
Location Details on Hierarchy Summary Page
You can now find locations next to company names on the Corporate Hierarchy page.
Streamlined Industry and Subindustry Category Names
Few industry and subindustry category names have been updated to ensure consistency in the name formats. For example, Mining, Oil & Gas is now renamed as Mining, Oil, and Gas.
View Relevant Dashboard Based on Your Lists
The Dashboard tab is now removed from the navigation menu. When you sign in, you're redirected to either the Lists page or the Companies page, based on the number of lists you have created.
View All Conferences on a Single Page
You can now view all conferences on the Conferences page, including conferences that your account and you starred. Previously, starred conferences were displayed only on the Dashboard page.
