Target Specific Signal Types for Your Salespeople
You can now prioritize news signals and show only those signals that benefit your salespeople. On the Edit Account page, select the type of signals you want to display for your salespeople in Oracle CX Sales.
Hide the Account Score Tab in Oracle CX Sales
You can now hide the Account Score tab for your salespeople if your company doesn’t use account scoring. So, your salespeople can focus on the News Signals tab and need not see the Account Score tab.
