Analytics

Dashboards

A new Account Engagement Activity dashboard is now available. This dashboard provides an account-centric view of marketing metrics. It organizes marketing metrics by account rather than leads, channel, or product.

We have made visual enhancements to dashboard charts. When you hover over the chart data or a chart legend, the inactive series dims.

Insight

Insight (OBIEE) updates to better analyze marketing activities at an account level:

  • New Account Activity subject area to build your custom analysis of account activities and campaign performance at an account level
  • Updates to the Campaign Analysis by Activity Data subject area to include new account attributes that allow you to connect the Account Activity based reports and campaign based reports
  • New out of the box reports supporting the Account Engagement Activity dashboard: Top Engaged Accounts shows the top engaged accounts and the Top Engaged Accounts - Total Contacts report shows the individual contact activity for your engaged accounts.

Build an Insight analysis using the new Campaign Last Modified Date / Time attribute. The attribute is available in the Campaign attribute folder.

Definitions for form related metrics are now available in Insight. View the definitions by mousing over the metric in the Criteria tab or Results tab of the OBIEE Analysis Editor.

A new Insight (OBIEE) role, BI Contact Security User, is now used if a customer instance enables contact level security.

Insight (OBIEE) no longer requires the use of Adobe Flash to run an analysis.

Apps

DataFox Integration App

An integration between Eloqua and DataFox is now available. Improve segmentation using complete and up-to-date information, provided by DataFox, for more targeted marketing campaigns. DataFox also provides an account score to identify and prioritize quality leads, further aligning marketing and sales teams across each of their systems.

IMPORTANT: This feature is currently released under our Controlled Availability program. To request access to this feature, please log in to My Oracle Support and create a service request. Additionally, in order to leverage this integration, a DataFox subscription is required. Please contact your account manager for additional information.

Facebook Lead Ads App

You can now map the following on Facebook forms when mapping form fields in the app instance configuration:

  • work email
  • all questions from Facebook Conditional Questions
  • all questions from a multi-page Facebook form.

Infinity Action Center Feeder

The instance configuration user interface for the Infinity Action Center Feeder has been updated to use the action list discovered from Infinity.

Creating/updating users in Eloqua from Sales Cloud now uses Sales Cloud Username instead of the earlier used CRM Username field in mapping. Existing imports configured with CRM Username will continue to work, however they should be updated to use the new field. This reflects the enhancement announced with Eloqua update 19D, where CRM User ID was supported for multiple CRMs simultaneously on all user management interfaces.

Salesforce.com Integration App

The Salesforce.com integration app will now stop imports after consecutive failures.

After creating a marketing activity export in the Salesforce.com integration app, a page is displayed to confirm the successful export and a summary of the activity.

The mappings of a new activity export have been adjusted.

Users can now click Create export before choosing an activity group.

The list of exports on the edit screen for an export group has now been moved to the Overview page and is nested under each export group.

Creating/updating users in Eloqua from Salesforce now uses Salesforce Username instead of the earlier used CRM Username field in mapping. Existing imports configured with CRM Username will continue to work, however they should be updated to use the new field. This reflects the enhancement announced with Eloqua update 19D, where CRM User ID was supported for multiple CRMs simultaneously on all user management interfaces.

Campaigns

Send Time Optimization (STO) Icon on Email Step

You can now easily identify campaigns running Send Time Optimization by an icon on the Email step.

IMPORTANT: Send Time Optimization is currently released under our Controlled Availability program. To request access to this feature, please log in to My Oracle Support and create a service request.

Emails

List Unsubscribe

Eloqua now offers native support for list unsubscribe via mailto, improving the prospect experience and reducing risk of spam complaints.

Emails and Landing Pages

Export Email and Landing Page HTML

You can now export responsive HTML from the email and landing page Design Editors. This enables you to share that content and utilize the output for other use cases, giving you greater flexibility while also having the benefit of the editor.

Resolved an issue where it was possible to create export definitions with a dataRetentionDuration of null, resulting in data being deleted sooner than intended. Now, dataRetentionDuration can no longer be set to null, and the default duration will continue to be 12 hours (ie. PT12H).
