New Features

Exporting User Information from Identity Domain

From the My Services page, Service Administrators can now export user information into a Comma Separated Value (CSV) file for review.

Ability to Add Multiple Screenshots to Feedback Submission

The Provide Feedback feature has been enhanced to allow users to add multiple screenshots to their feedback submissions. This enhancement enables users to capture a succession of screenshots to create a storyboard that tells Oracle how to recreate their issue.


This RCD provides information on the defects fixed in this update. Oracle plans on applying your monthly service updates on the first Friday of every month to your Test instance, and the third Friday of every month to your Production instance.

System Administrator Role Becomes Service Administrator in Cloud User Management Console

In the October update, the role that was previously called System Administrator will be called Service Administrator in the Cloud User Management Console. Service Administrators have full administrative access to Enterprise Performance Reporting Cloud Service and Cloud Portal.

Removal of Internet Explorer 9 Support

Starting with this update, Oracle has deprecated the use of Internet Explorer Release 9 to access the service.

In ad hoc queries, when inserting the remaining POV dimensions into the column and pivoting some dimensions to the row, the dimensions are now correctly displayed.


The Pivot button can now be used on a Dynamic Time Series member.


In 64-bit Microsoft Office, hyperlinks entered into the Oracle Enterprise Performance Reporting Cloud Service Comments text box are now correctly displayed.


Font Name column now displays correctly after existing environment is updated.
