Column Definitions:
Report = New or modified, Oracle-delivered, ready to run reports.
UI or Process-Based: Small Scale = These UI or process-based features are typically comprised of minor field, validation, or program changes. Therefore, the potential impact to users is minimal.
UI or Process-Based: Larger Scale* = These UI or process-based features have more complex designs. Therefore, the potential impact to users is higher.
Features Delivered Disabled = Action is needed BEFORE these features can be used by END USERS. These features are delivered disabled and you choose if and when to enable them. For example, a) new or expanded BI subject areas need to first be incorporated into reports, b) Integration is required to utilize new web services, or c) features must be assigned to user roles before they can be accessed.
| Ready for Use by End Users Reports plus Small Scale UI or Process-Based new features will have minimal user impact after an update. Therefore, customer acceptance testing should focus on the Larger Scale UI or Process-Based* new features. |
Customer Must Take Action before Use by End Users Not disruptive as action is required to make these features ready to use. As you selectively choose to leverage, you set your test and roll out timing. |

Users can now perform Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions calculations across various reporting classifications (Scope 1, 2, and 3), emission categories (like Fuels, Owned Transportation, Electricity, etc.), and asset classes (Equity, Loans, Bonds, etc.). These calculations are performed based on industry-leading standards like the GHG Protocol and The Global GHG Accounting and Reporting Standard issued by PCAF (Partnership for Carbon Accounting Financials).
Users can make use of an interactive user interface (UI) to create definitions at legal entity and emission category levels for usage in the execution/processing of emissions data.
All definitions covered under this UI will additionally support in-built versioning and audit workflows to improve usability and user experience.

Key Resources
User Interface for the Execution Summary
Users can now make use of a dynamic and smooth UI to execute and process all batch runs and processes across the legal entities, consolidation status types, and subject areas with built-in support for audit workflows and history.
Results from this processing will be available for visualizations in the reporting layer for all out-of-the-box reports and dashboards.
Enables users to execute processing of data based on desired criteria and selections

Key Resources
Intercompany Elimination and Consolidation
To facilitate the accounting of global operations, the service will now support common accounting practices relating to the elimination and consolidation of intercompany balances across legal entities.
Results from this operation will be available for processing in the reporting layer for all out-of-the-box reports and dashboards.
Facilitates carbon accounting and GHG emissions-related reporting according to standard accounting practices relating to elimination and consolidation of intercompany balances.

Key Resources
A scalable rule-based framework that allows users to ensure the quality of input data in terms of account attributes, and predefined dimension values. This contains a set of rules and groups that allow you to define data checks and correct any issues by assigning proper values.
Users can perform null, range, or various types of checks on input data and assign appropriate values; in case any data issue is encountered.
Facilitates you to define data quality rules and execute them to query, validate, and transform incorrect data in an Information Domain.
Steps to Enable
You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
Key Resources
Pre-defined database columns with different data types are already provided as placeholders, which can be activated and assigned different logical names for further usage, for example, for alternate balance mapping.
The user does not need to stick to the seeded column list for various calculations but can enhance the list by registering placeholder columns for any column type Balance, rate, date, or simple/key dimension.
Steps to Enable
You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
Key Resources
The Designer View and Data View together enable you to maintain or modify the table data by using the Forms Definition that is created and approved. The user has also been given the option to download the selected set of rows to the object store.
The Data Management Interface (DMI) helps the user manage data in terms of editing/updating a few attributes for a selected set of rows, uploading data using Excel, and downloading data to the object store. Data can be exported in CSV or JSON format and downloaded from the Object store.
