Users can create and save customized case lists, or views, to display cases which meet user-defined criteria. This helps investigators manage their workload and locate the cases they are investigating more efficiently by providing a subset of cases, such as cases in a specific status, jurisdiction, assigned to a specific assignee, and so on.
Users can view an interactive network diagram of the entities, such as accounts, customers, and external entities, that have a relationship with the selected customer and their relationship types.
Users can now view Account Summary information, which provides a monthly summary of the activity occurring in this account, up to the previous 13 months. This information helps investigators understand the data that led to generation of events associated with this case.
