Infinity now supports data collection using a new Redirect Tracking endpoint. You can use this endpoint to capture an event by linking to the tracking endpoint, which will then issue an HTTP redirect to send the user to a destination URL.
Infinity now supports tracking interactions with web forms, notably form visibility, interaction, submission, and abandonment. The CX Tag Infinity module can be configured to capture these types of events when they occur for specific forms.
IP Address Augmentation Updates
Infinity has upgraded its dataset used for augmenting IP addresses with geolocation, network attributes, and so on.
Navigating Infinity features has a new and improved user experience. Leading up to the launch of the new Infinity IQ and Infinity Streams products, you'll start to see an introduction of Oracle's new user experience design language, starting with how you navigate to the different features in Infinity. Previously, you could navigate to different features by clicking the feature-specific icons in the top, right section of the branding bar. Now you can navigate to a new navigation menu, that can be accessed in the top, left corner of your Infinity screen. Clicking the top navigation menu opens a list of the features available to you.
CORS Restrictions for Infinity APIs
Infinity APIs are now restricting CORS requests (containing an Origin header) to only certain hosts, which are configured in an allowlist.
