Oracle Talent Acquisition Cloud

Oracle Talent Acquisition Cloud family of products drives effective talent acquisition within the modern enterprise. The cloud solution enables scalable approval and management of job requisitions, superior candidate experience (sourcing and branding of modern career sites, relationship management, and job application), candidate selection workflow (qualification, evaluation, and interview), job offer, and employee onboarding.

Oracle continues its ongoing investments around intuitive user experience for external and internal candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and HR administrators. This includes development of core areas such as modern interfaces with multi-device support, configurable decision and approval workflow processes, actionable business insights and reporting, tighter integration with other HCM functions, and adherence to hiring compliance rules.

Edit General Profile of Candidates

Edit the general profile of a candidate. While editing the profile, use the table of contents on the left panel for easier navigation between the different blocks of information.

View Candidate Submission History

View all events that occurred for a candidate submission. Select views to see events related to one particular submission or to all submissions. Filter history information.

View Screening Services Results

View current and previous results of screening services performed on candidates. View details of specific screening services on demand.

Edit Information in Requisition’s Screening Section

Edit information in the requisition’s Screening section. Access requested screening services from the submissions list or from within a candidate submission.

Request Screening Services for Candidates

Request screening services for candidates as per the screening services configured in the requisition.

Post Requisitions Using Staffing Agents

Post requisitions using staffing agents. Manage postings of regular and contingent requisitions.

Manage Prescreening Competencies and Questions

Add, remove, and reorder prescreening questions and competencies in requisitions. Configure prescreening result criteria and see a total representing the sum of all weights configured for prescreening.

Extend Offers Using E-Offer

Extend offers to candidates using Advanced E-Offer. Candidates can access their offers through their career section portal. 

Capture Offer Responses

Capture the response to an offer on behalf of a candidate. 

Attach Resumes and Other Files to Candidate Submissions

Attach resumes or other files to candidate submissions. Indicate if the attached files are visible to candidates.

Attach Offer-Related Files to Candidate Submissions

Attach offer-related files in the Offers tab or Attachments tab of candidate submissions. 

Attach Files in Correspondence Sent to Candidates

Add and remove attachments in correspondence sent to candidates.

View Referral Information

View referral details for candidate submissions and candidate general profiles.

View and manage pipeline requisitions.

Invite Candidates Who Match Requisition Criteria

Invite candidates to apply to a requisition when they match the requisition's criteria.

Use of User-Defined Form Properties

Use user-defined form properties to control the access, user experience, and mandatory information of fields.

Sourcing

Email Confirmed Sign Up

Allows organizations to require users to confirm their email address as part of the sign up process for job alerts and new user accounts. Users are sent an email with a personalized link. Following that link will confirm that this user is the owner of that email address. Unconfirmed accounts will be deleted. 

SmartOrg

Generic User Account Prevention

Enforce unique emails for user accounts. Send email to users to request they activate their account.

Career Section

Apply as Guest

Removes friction from the application process by allowing candidates to apply without creating a user name and password prior to completing the application. Candidates can create credentials after completing their application to sign in and access their data.

This feature is available as of 19C.1.

Usability Enhancement for Apply with LinkedIn and Guest Candidates

Clarifies the sign up experience for Apply as Guest and Apply with LinkedIn candidates. New language on the final page states that completing the application is Step 1, and that creating a user name and password is Step 2.
