Overview

Oracle Taleo Enterprise Edition family of products drives effective talent acquisition within the modern enterprise. The cloud solution enables scalable approval and management of job requisitions, superior candidate experience (sourcing and branding of modern career sites, relationship management, and job application), candidate selection workflow (qualification, evaluation, and interview), job offer, and employee onboarding.

Oracle continues its ongoing investments around intuitive user experience for external and internal candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and HR administrators. This includes development of core areas such as modern interfaces with multi-device support, configurable decision and approval workflow processes, actionable business insights and reporting, tighter integration with other HCM functions, and adherence to hiring compliance rules.

This document outlines the information you need to know about new or improved functionality in this update.

Career Section

Candidates Provide Password When Changing Email Address

Enhances account security by requiring candidates to provide their password or Open ID authentication when changing their email address.

New Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Forms for OFCCP

Works toward OFCCP compliance by providing two new versions, one with and one without the Employee ID field, of the Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form. These new forms have an expiration date of May 31, 2023.

These forms are available as of Release 20B.1, and can be added to zones on earlier releases by opening an Oracle Service Request.

Create Candidate General Profiles and Submissions Using Referral Mode

Create candidate general profiles and candidate submissions using the referral mode. You can get information about a potential candidate for a requisition from a referrer. You can create a new candidate general profile or submission for a requisition along with referrer details.

View and Filter Tasks Related to Requisitions and User Groups

Use the capability of quick filters to filter tasks and view Tasks list information in different columns.

View and Use Up to 20 Organization Levels

View and use all 20 levels of company's Organization hierarchy.

Start and Cancel an Onboarding Process from Requisition’s Submission List

Start and cancel a pre-hire onboarding process or a new hire onboarding process for one candidate submission or several submissions related to a specific requisition.

Sort at Multilevel in All List Formats

View the columns sorted up to three levels as per the configuration of list formats.

Share Jobs Through Social Media

Share jobs through social media. You can share the link to a specific job description page to your contacts on multiple social networks.

Support Position Field for Integration with HCM

Make the Position field available in requisitions and offers to facilitate the integration with Oracle HCM products.

Create a Requisition Using a Position

Create a new requisition by starting off with specifying a position. You can then manually enter details in the requisition or fields can get automatically filled from fields coming from the position selected.

View and Edit Requisition Template and Position Fields of a Requisition

View and edit the Requisition Template and Position field values for an existing requisition. When you edit these fields, you can override the existing value of fields being impacted by the change.

Use Backward and Forward Menus to Navigate Through Lists

Sourcing

Flash Removed from Sourcing User Interface

Users with Recruiting Center Granted Fluid Recruiting Access at Upgrade

Upgrade all users who have access to the Recruiting Center (flash-based) to also have access to Fluid Recruiting.

Product Naming and Navigation Finalization

Use the new name and navigation to position Fluid Recruiting as the primary recruiting experience. Fluid Recruiting has been renamed Recruiting, while the Recruiting Center (flash-based) has been renamed Legacy Recruiting. The primary placed Recruiting link now takes you to Fluid Recruiting (Recruiting).

Access the Recruiting (Fluid) Help Center to view communications specific content which is configured using the custom communications channel.

Center Stage (Recruiting Center)

Use the Center Stage which provides a comprehensive landing page that summarizes recruiting activities that you own, or for which you're a collaborator.

Check for Duplicate Candidates and Candidate Submissions

Run a duplicate check to identify potential duplicate candidates or candidate submissions. If you find duplicate files, you can merge them into a single master file.
