Features Delivered Disabled = Action is needed BEFORE these features can be used by END USERS. These features are delivered disabled and you choose if and when to enable them. Send Approval Reminders for Requisitions
You can send approval reminder requests to approvers of a requisition when the approval process is pending.
To send requisition approval reminder requests:
- Open a requisition.
- From the More Actions menu select Send Approval Request Reminder.
- Enter comments.
- Click Send Reminder.
Keeps the approval process moving forward by reminding approvers that they've yet to take action.

LinkedIn Recruiter System Connect (RSC)
You're able to configure and activate the LinkedIn Recruiter System Connect (RSC) on your own, eliminating the need for an Oracle Service Request. At upgrade, the LinkedIn Recruiter System Connect setting is available in Configuration for you to activate.
The adoption of LinkedIn RSC is simplified by removing the need for an Oracle Service Request.
Steps to Enable
To enable this feature, follow the steps below to activate the LinkedIn RSC.
- Go to Configuration and from Recruiting, select Administration.
- From Integration, select Recruiting Services.
- Click on the LinkedIn Recruiter System Connect setting.
- Click Activate at the top of the page.
- Read through the terms and conditions.
- if you agree to the terms and conditions, click I Agree.
This expands the existing coverage of personalization of labels to include the Reason List of Values (LOV) on requisitions and offers.
You can continue to personalize labels in both requisitions and offers to better align with your specific business needs by initiating an Oracle Service Request.

Paragraph Selector Improvements
You're able to preview paragraph headings and details in correspondence templates. You can leave the paragraphs collapsed if you only wish to review the headings. If you'd like to see the details of each paragraph, you can expand one or all paragraphs.
Collapsing and expanding paragraphs to preview details in correspondence templates allows you to quickly and thoroughly review the content.

Delete and Restore Submissions
You can delete one or more submissions at a time on a submissions list or within a submission. You can restore the submissions you deleted to their status prior to deletion. Let’s say you deleted a few submissions that were duplicates or inactive and in the process you realize that you should not have deleted them.
To delete submissions:
- Select one or more submissions.
- In the More Actions menu, select Delete Submission.
- Enter comments, if any.
- Click Delete.
The status of the submission is changed to Deleted.
To restore submissions that you deleted:
- Select one or more deleted submissions.
- In the More Actions menu, select Restore Submission.
- Enter comments.
- Click Restore.
The status of the submission is back to the status prior to the deletion.
With this feature, you can delete submissions and eventually restore them back, individually or in bulk.

Permanently Delete Candidate Profiles
You can delete one or more candidate profiles permanently.
To permanently delete candidate profiles:
- Select a candidate profile.
- In the More Actions menu, select Delete Candidate.
- If you want to continue with the permanent deletion, click Yes in the warning message.
This feature allows you to delete one or more candidate profiles permanently.

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
Tips And Considerations
We recommend using this feature with caution as deleted candidate profiles can only be restored by an administrator. Full restoration isn't guaranteed.
This feature is available in the candidate list view, not the detailed view.
Personalize List Formats for List Contexts
You can create and edit personal list formats for a list context. You're able to personalize your list view by selecting which columns you'd like to display and the sort order for each.
To personalize your list formats:
- Go to the Submissions or Offers menu.
- In the List Format menu, select Create personal list formats.
- Select up to 16 columns and the sort order you'd like for each.
- Click Save List Format.
- Click Close.
This feature allows you to personalize your list formats to better fit your individual needs.

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
Approvals Using the Tasks List
You can approve requisitions and offers and their attachments using your Tasks List even though you may not have permission to view or edit those requisitions and offers.
Requisition Approval and Offer Approval tasks are created and then assigned to you. These tasks appear on your Tasks List where you're able to take action.
This feature allows you to approve requisitions and offers through your Tasks List even if you don't have permissions to view or edit requisitions and offers.
Steps to Enable
You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
Personalize labels to better align with your specific business needs. You can request a label change by opening a Service Request and providing the Resource ID associated to the field you'd like changed.

Cross-Frame Protection Enforced
This enhancement enforces cross-frame protection behavior for approved domains. Career Section security is enhanced by ensuring that only approved corporate domains are able to present Career Section pages in iframes.

Steps to Enable
If you present your Career Section pages in iframes you must configure the setting, Cross Frame Protection Allowed Domains, with all the domains that are approved to present your Career Section pages in iframes.
If you don't use iframes to present the Career Section pages no action is needed.
To enable this enhancement:
- Go to Configuration, then to your Career Section settings in Career Section Administration.
- Select Career Section Settings from General Configuration.
- Search for the Cross Frame Protection Allowed Domains setting and select it.
- Click Edit.
- Enter your domains and click Save.

To avoid any service interruption, complete the Steps to Enable prior to upgrade.
